The only suggestion I can make is haunt second hand clothing shops and generally keep your eyes open. Costume shops may also have soem of what you are looking for. Keep in mind that even within the realm of the stereotypical "French mime" there is a lot of latitude for interpretation.

I am presently looking for the same thing 2008. I've searched online costume sites, but nothing. The one or two I found seemed too clownish. Second hand stores as mentioned, mmm not sure, Of course it is easy to get a black Tam (beret) and easy to find red suspenders, bow tie, or scarf, black pants, white shoes and gloves, but finding the vertical striped shirt seems difficult. But alas we mimes shall preservere.

If you meant "horizontal" stripes instead of "vertical", try a military surplus store. Russian sailors wear just such a top.

The stereotypical French mime costume is derived from the stereotypical Frenchman (i.e. everyman) post WWII. It's fine to experiment with that persona-- but the makeup is always more important that the clothing. And technique and repertoire is more important than makeup or costume.

Still, a lot of mimes don't use anything remotely that costume: Mummenchantz is probably the most famous example.
