    A very entertaining piece.

Looked to me as if M. Murat had some assistance from a puppeteer operating the second head by way of wires from above. Curse me for having too much awareness of technique to not be trying to figure out how he pulled it off. Nonetheless, even that level of "trickery" requires intense collaboration.

Yes, it seems like there were wires used, but not until the very very end.
Until then Jerome is authentically both the Puppet and Puppeteer.
      BTW, did I say Wow!?

I think that the puppeteer is involved all along-- though I suspect at several points that Murat and the puppeteer are operating the puppet together. I looked and I could not identify any contact point with the puppet that would allow him control, unless he had some unseen device whose workings are outside my realm of knowledge.

This is not to critique the performance, just trying to figure out how it was done. It's definitely a pleasure to watch.

i disagree with the wired puppet head theory...

it looks to me that he has his real right hand in the 2nd head while he drags around a fake right arm.. made to look real by the staffs interaction with the ground (rising and falling fake arm)

then he switches his real arm to the arm spot when he drops the staff (note now his right arm has life and his extra head seems very lifeless)

i'm not sure about the floating at the end...
it seems like it would be possible to achieve by masking some of the connections with the blacklight? or perhaps he really does use wires for this float..

    AWESOME VIDEO :)

When I rewatched it I could see the arm was manipulating the second head and that the arm holding the staff was a prosthetic. A wire was definitely used in the end though.

At the end I think they used "black art" which is the use of very precise stage lighting (a lot of times they use black lights) and black velvet (which absorbs light very well) to make things "disappear" and "float." Omar Pasha (omarpasha.com) was the best at this type of magic.

i love the way he uses UV at da end...Was highly impressed when i discovered him.never found anything else he's done other than a street performance pretty much the same with a reporter dude in Jeromes garb as well.lol...Jeromes enchantment should be spread..yay good to see.
